Birthday Party!!

We had a little birthday party for Campbell last night. We all had a great time and she is a BIG fan of opening presents!! Here are some pictures

I took campbell's pictures in this hat last year and plan to take it every year. We take Austin's picture in one of Jason's shirts and ties. It is fun to see how much they grow every year.

Yep! thats right 12 layers of cake. I found this recipe on a cake blog I like to look at and wanted to try it out. It was pretty easy and tasted yummy!!

Happy Birthday Campbell

2 years and 1 hour ago we found out we had a little girl! Campbell celebrated her 2nd birthday today. So we wish her a very happy birthday and we could not imagine our lives without her. Her little spirit is such a joy and she makes me laugh everyday! She and Austin are becoming so close and it is so fun to watch them play and interact with each other. We had a fun day today we went to the zoo and out to dinner. We missed daddy, but he will be home tomorrow and we are going to keep the celebration going!

Throwing Rocks!

So my parents have lived in Wildhorse CREEK neighborhood for oh about 15 years now and yesterday was the first time I ever ventured down to the actual CREEK! There is a great walking path through their neighborhood and a pretty good sized creek to follow as well. So we took the kids down their yesterday and we found a great spot where they could throw rocks into the water! They had a blast and I'm sure it will be a favorite spot now that the weather is nice! Here are some pictures!

Bath Time

We started bath night tonight in their bathroom like usual, but Campbell decided to do something very unlady like in the tub so they had to be moved to our bath while Jason cleaned their tub! They did not mind though, this was their first time in our tub so they had fun!!

Trip to the Zoo!

So we have finally had a few beautiful days here in St. Louis so we took the kids to the zoo today! We got to ride the train and see lots of animals! It was just so nice to be outside and at some points we were actually hot! Here are some pictures as i was looking through them i realized i took more pictures of the elephants than of my children!!

Viviana's Birthday Party

I took Austin on Sunday to his friend from school, Viviana's birthday party. They went to Monkey Joe's which just has tons of those big inflatable playground things! I was kind of worried because he did not know anyone else except for Viviana. We had a few moments of terror when he would get seperated from her and we had to work through those moments!! Here are some pictures, it was so hard because they were constantly moving and did not want to stop for pictures!!


This just says, "oh mom, really!!" I see this face many more time in my future!!
