The kids after church and dinner on Christmas eve!
I started a new tradition this year, so I guess when I do it again next year I can then call it a tradition, We let the kids open one gift from us and I decided every year to give them new jammies so they would have new ones for christmas morning.

playing farkel at grammies and waiting for uncle Jon and Aunt Doty to get in
opening gifts at grammy's (whew that was crazy)!!
