Marriage Retreat House With Kids???

We went to the Lake of the Ozarks this weekend with the Scoggins and Andersons where we had 5 kids under the age 4!!! Our Church has purchased a lake house to be used as a Marriage retreat house and Chuck asked us to go along so he could take some video of the house "being used". The idea sounded great and we had a great time, but with 5 kids in a house not child proofed we had our hands full. Somehow the shower seemed like the happenen place to be!!

We spent Friday night at a resturant called Risky's and the name completely suited it because we were there way way to long and I thought Amy was going to throw down with the manager!! after we were there an 1 1/2 before getting our food and with 4 kids that can get a little scary! Quinn had to resort to eating crumbs off the table!!

After dinner on Friday and finally getting back to the house we had a great time! Austin and Tripp got to go down to the dock and watch for boats and Trip even offered to buy Austin and boat and drive him around!! Austin and Tripp getting ready to go to the dock!
All in all it was a great weekend and next time we will leave the kids at home and we will be able to leave all the furniture and accessories in their appropriate place!
